My name is Bob Cadiz

For the last 13 years I have been helping people move their Apartment, Homes, Appliances and Art Work. I am in most of my customers contacts as just Bob the Mover.

For many I have become the one they can rely on to to get the job done without any concerns. Whether its art work , antiques, moving furniture on newly refinished floors, or last minute moves, we will put you mind at ease about what is most important to you.

Although I recommend packing for yourself since it will not only save money but helps keep you organized, we do provide packing services and I can recommend other companies services as well.

In House Moving

This is a very popular service for a problem that most have a difficult time finding a cost effective solutions. Maybe you are getting your floors redone or need the contains of rooms switch. Perhaps you are just looking to get some big items to the curb. A mistake could hurt you and end up costing hundreds or thousands in damage, Leave it to us. We will handle it for you.

Loading Trucks or Storage

The most important part of the the move from the furniture's perspective is how its loaded for transport. With over 2500 moves under my belt I'm going to be able to make sure your truck or POD is loaded safely and efficiently for the long trip. We do unloads as well.

Assisted Living Moves

I listed this separately because its not like other moves. Patience is the key. Not only for physically moving through the assisted living facilities (gotta watch the lunchtime crowd) but in working with individual whom we are moving, Most often the customer is the child or relative of the individual but I always make sure the beneficiary of the move is made comfortable, not rushed, and treated with respect. We also have a lot of experience working in the memory care units.

An example of some of our business services would most notably be for our attorneys and accountants. Many still have the boxes and boxes of files that need to be taken to storage, organized and labeled, and finally pulled for shredding. Save yours and your interns backs. Call us.

Found Bob on Craigslist & saw the “ A” rating from Angies list. Called him & HE PICKED UP THE PHONE! Very rare today. He was pleasant & available & a reasonable rate. He came with a helper- they definitely knew exactly what they were doing- got it upstairs, rearranged some furniture for me. They were true professionals. "It went great! We communicated two weeks before move via e-mail. He showed up when he said he would. Bob gave me the price via e-mail and stuck with it. They were on time. Bob came with a U-Haul truck big enough for the job. He had all the wrapping materials needed to protect furniture. We needed two large bedrooms moved (I took apart the beds a day before). We needed very heavy entertainment center moved. We also have high quality dining room cabinets (3) to move. They wrapped all in film and then blanketed items in the truck. He directed his assistant and they worked very well together. In addition to the move we asked them to take items not being moved to the garage (very heavy items) so they would be ready for trash. we paid by the hour and they did not delay. I think what we paid for 4 hours work was very fair. Very happy with the move and this company."
